Free cPanel Migrations

All hosting and reseller accounts have access to our free cPanel migration services. cPanel migrations must be scheduled with support by opening a support ticket.

For cPanel migrations, please ensure you have the following information provided to us before the requested day of migration.

For each domain name / cPanel account to be migrated we require the following information;

1) server hostname / ip address
2) domain name
3) cPanel username
4) cPanel password

Once the migration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email and will notice your newly migrated domain names are present within your reseller account (or web hosting account).

What is migrated?

We migrate all accounts using the WHM "Transfer Tool" function or "Copy an Account From Another Server With an Account Password". This function copies the account in the same state from the existing server. (Includes all website content, email addresses, email content, email settings, mysql databases, sub-domains, addon-domains and saved settings.)

How to get started?

Simply open a support ticket with the required information and your migration scheduled.
